The Roma Cinema Etoile. One of the oldest theatres in Rome has been closed for more than 20 years but has now been transformed into a Louis Vuitton Maison. The opening was last week and the store consists of a gallery, cinema, bookstore as well as the craft and fashion that is Louis Vuitton. When it comes to parties and the Twisted Lifestyle it has to be hot. Last weekend as the J&B Met and yes, it was a first. Why? Because there was a marquee and party at the J&B Met that could not be missed. Yes the thoroughbreds, fashion, beauty and people were important but the place to be to enjoy all of this was the Sunglass Hut Inner Circle.

If you weren’t there, you definitely missed out. Summer sun, sublime Saturday, sexy sunglassed citizens, smooth sounds. It was the place to be. Was a scorcher of a day but that was not going to stop anyone having a good time, partying till well after sunset, some almost till sunrise, still sporting their sunglasses but that’s for another time.

Both men and women had an array of outfits, most featuring very colourful arrangements all of which in attendance at the Inner Circle worked very well. There were a few around that took the “Made Different” theme a bit far and committed fashion faux pas but overall everyone had fun and that’s important. The races and betting was entertaining as usual, watching pure emotions run through everyone as the horses crossed the line in each race. Everyone is unique so everyone is naturally “Made Different” so the theme was in a sense complete.

To round up a perfect day, the Inner Circle fun was the place. It wasn’t just hype. The Inner Circle was buzzing with reason. What better way to enjoy the rest of your day than with quality friends, summer days, sunglasses and an amazing vibe.

The only place to be last night was Jay-Z’s relaunch of his 40/40 Club on West 25th Street. He may be a new father but business and parties never stops. The invite only guestlist included the likes of Warren Buffett, Ashanti, Spike Lee, Russell Simmons, Swizz Beats, Fabolous and Jacob The Jeweler amongst others all of which were greeted with a glass of Armand De Brignac [Ace Of Spades] Champagne and were ready to party the night away.

It was Jay-Z’s first time out and he kept his cool and stuck to business and ensured it was a good night out. Beyonce was unable to attend but everyone in attendance had a good time. Even Warren Buffett was throwing his diamonds up. It was definitely the party this week and Mr Carter never fails to disappoint when it comes to parties and events.
