Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport L’Or Blanc

Imagine a car made of porcelain on its body as well as inside. Well this one looks great and it’s a car you can drive. We introduce you to the one of a kind Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport L’Or Blanc. Bugatti have already torn the rulebook up and now they’ve done it again. This was done in line with Konigliche Porzellan Manufaktur [KPM] and the new L’Or Blanc was revealed to the world yesterday in Berlin.

“At first, it seems to be an unusual idea to use porcelain in a car, especially in the world’s fastest convertible,” comments Dr. Stefan Brungs, Director of Sales and Marketing at Bugatti Automobiles. “But this is what Bugatti stands for: the realization of exceptional ideas whilst striving for the utmost in quality and aesthetics. This allows us to continue Ettore Bugatti’s heritage, who himself loved to experiment with new materials” Brungs added.

The Porcelain is used on the fuel cap as well as the oil cap and the inlay of the centre wheel badge. The EB badge at the rear is also in porcelain. The L’Or Blanc Veyron also has a rather impressive paint job that mixes a dark blue hue with a white color in a way that it represents the reflections of light on the convertible Veyron. The interior is also dripping with porcelain.

It seems like an unsual idea to have Porcelain in a car but Bugatti made it elegant, classy and functional. So how much does all of this extravagance cost. Well all of this will set you back a cool blue US$2.4 million.
