21st Monaco Yacht Show [2011]

The 2011 Monaco Yacht Show was a huge success now in its 21st year. Think about it for a moment. Beautiful location, Yachts and Superyachts as well as Yachts being premiered by the elite.

There were over 28000 visitors to the Monaco Yacht Show this year and there were a wide range of Yachts on show. Ones that stood out and amongst the largest were Cakewalk Yacht coming in at 85m and the 86m Seven Seas Yacht which belongs to Steven Spielberg.

Yachts were also for sale at the show and despite the price tags on the yachts, the industry was reported to have grown regardless of the multiple economic crisis worldwide. All of this luxury of course isn’t in vain as the 2011 Monaco Yacht Show has showed its support for the Wood Forever Programme. This programme places emphasis on saving trees and our environment and has the full support of Prince Albert II. €40000 was donated by the show organisers of the 2011 Monaco Yacht Show.

2011 was a bigger show than then previous years for the Monaco Yacht Show and it’s definitely one for fans of Yachts as well as for those who love and can afford luxury and be part of this. If you missed out, check out some of the beauties below.
